This policy applies to the FPFX website, customer portal, payment journey, support channels and related services. A payment, identity or platform provider may also issue its own privacy notice for processing it controls independently.
  • DATA CONTROLLER FPFX contracting entity The applicable entity is identified on your checkout, invoice or order confirmation.
  • CORE PURPOSES Deliver · secure · comply We use data to provide services, prevent abuse, support customers and meet legal duties.
  • YOUR CONTROL Access and choices Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or objection.

01Scope and who controls your data

This Privacy Policy explains how FUNDEDPROFX LLC processes personal information in connection with FPFX. That entity is normally the data controller for account, order, programme and support information.

Some providers—such as banks, card networks, payment processors, identity-verification services, trading platforms or analytics providers—may act as independent controllers for their own processing. Their notices apply in addition to this policy.

This policy covers information collected through fpfxglobal.com, portal.fpfxglobal.com, the payment flow, FPFX dashboards, emails, support requests and authorised integrations.

02Who operates FPFX and handles payments

FPFX is the trading brand under which FUNDEDPROFX LLC provides its services. For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, FUNDEDPROFX LLC determines how customer account, order, support, verification and payment-related personal data is used, subject to any role separately performed by a payment, identity-verification, hosting or analytics provider.

Payments for FPFX services are collected and processed by FUNDEDPROFX LLC, either directly or through payment service providers contracted by FUNDEDPROFX LLC. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorise, prevent fraud, reconcile, refund and evidence transactions. FPFX does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

Questions about personal data used across FPFX services can be sent to support@fpfxglobal.com.

03Information we collect

Depending on how you use FPFX, we may collect:

04Where the information comes from

We obtain information directly from you when you register, purchase, verify your identity, configure a programme, trade in the simulated environment or contact support. We also receive information automatically from your browser and devices.

Information may be received from payment processors, trading-platform providers, identity-verification services, fraud-prevention tools, analytics and advertising platforms, referral partners, publicly available sanctions sources, or another person acting with your authority.

If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and have told them how their information will be used.

05Why we use information and our lawful bases

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we assess the necessity and balance those interests against your rights. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

06Who we share information with

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with:

  • hosting, cloud, database, cybersecurity, email, communications and customer-support providers;
  • payment processors, banks, card networks, crypto-payment providers and fraud-prevention partners;
  • trading platforms, market-data systems and account-provisioning providers;
  • identity-verification, sanctions, AML and compliance providers;
  • analytics, advertising and attribution providers where your consent or applicable law permits;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, prospective investors or acquirers subject to confidentiality safeguards; and
  • courts, regulators, law enforcement, tax authorities or other parties where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or cross-context sharing more broadly; where relevant, we provide consent controls or opt-out rights.

07International transfers

FPFX and its providers may operate in multiple countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country, including in locations with different privacy laws.

Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions, approved contractual clauses, data-transfer agreements or another lawful mechanism. We also assess providers and apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risk.

You may contact support@fpfxglobal.com for more information about the transfer mechanism relevant to your data.

08How long we keep information

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including contract delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements. Typical periods are:

Information may be kept longer where litigation, a regulatory request, a chargeback, fraud investigation or legal hold applies. It may also be anonymised so it can no longer identify you.

09Security

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure. Measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, least-privilege permissions, credential hashing, provider due diligence, backups and incident procedures.

No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, email account and authentication methods. Do not send complete card details, passwords or private keys through support channels.

If a personal-data breach creates a legal notification obligation, FPFX will notify affected people and authorities as required.

10Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • request access to personal information and information about its use;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion or restriction in certain circumstances;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent for future processing;
  • appeal or complain to an applicable privacy regulator; and
  • receive information about significant automated decision-making, where applicable.

Submit a request to support@fpfxglobal.com. We may verify your identity and ask for details needed to locate the relevant records. Some information may be retained despite a deletion request where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or legal claims.

If UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We encourage you to contact FPFX first so we can try to resolve the issue.

11Automated checks and profiling

FPFX may use automated signals to detect suspicious logins, duplicate identities, payment fraud, sanctions risk, prohibited trading patterns, abuse of offers or technical manipulation. These tools help prioritise review and protect the platform.

Material decisions may involve human review, especially where a customer provides additional evidence or challenges a result. Where applicable law grants a right concerning solely automated decisions with significant effects, you may request information or human intervention.

12Marketing, analytics and cookies

We use necessary technologies to operate secure sessions, remember checkout state and protect the service. With consent where required, we may use analytics to understand performance and marketing technologies to measure campaigns or show relevant advertising.

You can use the consent banner to accept or reject optional categories. Browser or device settings may also allow you to delete stored information or block technologies. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, checkout or security functions from working.

More detail, including examples of identifiers and providers, is available in the Cookies Policy.

13Age restrictions and children

FPFX services are not directed to children and are available only to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit a child to purchase or operate an FPFX account.

If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact support@fpfxglobal.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14Changes and contact details

We may update this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard or email.

Privacy questions and rights requests should be sent to support@fpfxglobal.com. General support questions may be sent to support@fpfxglobal.com.
